Why I am part of F4F? 

"Building a business is tough. I want to help businesses achieve their potential in a transparent and truly mutually beneficial manner. I have all this experience of building successful growth companies and want to use it to help other entrepreneurs" 

About Me 

I've built businesses from the ground up to hundreds of millions of revenue and a couple even got to $billion dollars in value. I’ve led transactions of every kind: acquisitions, disposals, fund raises, exits, re-organisations, listings on exchanges etc. I've helped create thousands of jobs and built successful management teams. My judgement is sound, and I know what good looks and feels like. I have made mistakes but am better for the experience. I want to apply this experience to help entrepreneurs.

Why I am part of F4F? 

“It is fun to work with smart, ideas led people and try to help them succeed. I have always been bored by theory – I like to see great ideas come to life and see the positive effects of that happening.” 

About me 

A series of accidents led me to a career in advertising and digital transformation where I became part owner of two companies that experienced significant global growth, achieved +£50MM revenues, sold and then maintained success within their new holding companies. 

Some of the skills I picked up are brand and business strategy, insight into the digital economy and scaling ideas and companies. Most importantly, I learned the importance of collaboration and partnership, being direct and honest, the power of creating the conditions for mutual success and the ability (usually) to not get lost in the noise and distil things down to the necessary. 

2017 awarded Fellowship status to the IPA (Institute of Practitioners of Advertising); a lifetime achievement award for “outstanding service to the industry”.

About Me

I co-founded my first company with just $1k on a maxed-out credit card, growing it into one of the world’s largest independent digital marketing agencies with $100M+ in revenue across 12 countries. After a successful exit, I turned my focus to supporting founder-led businesses in Education, Digital Entertainment, Mental Health, and Health & Fitness.

I excel at understanding what truly drives founders, scaling businesses internationally, and navigating the ever-evolving digital economy.

In my previous career in Advertising and Marketing, I was honored with Fellowships from the Marketing Society and IPA, chaired industry bodies in Southeast Asia and the UK, and was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame.
